Dubai College offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities, currently offering over 200 different lunchtime and after-school activities each week. While participation in these activities is not compulsory, it is highly recommended and over 95% of students do choose to participate in at least one extra-curricular activity per week. These activities are vital to our goal of providing a broad, balanced and enriching educational experience. In some cases, what happens outside of scheduled class times plays a vital role in helping students develop what they have learned in class.
By participating in an extra-curricular activity, students are likely to develop the skills they are associated with that activity, as well as a range of increasingly relevant generic skills:
Sense of community
Teamwork
